Q: How do you delete a video that was uploaded onto your phone from your computer using iTunes photo sync?

Hello everyone. I created a video on my computer that I wanted to upload onto the camera roll of my iPhone 6. I connected my iPhone to my computer using a USB cord and opened up iTunes. I clicked on my device, the photos subtitle, and then sync photos. Underneath, I clicked include videos since I wanted to upload a video. I then selected the folder my video was in and uploaded it to my iPhone.

Everything worked and I now had the video on my iPhone except now I can't delete it. It has its own album in my camera roll and I can't delete the album and when I go to delete the individual video there isn't even a delete option (the garbage can icon does not show up). How can I delete this video? Please help and thank you for taking the time to read this!
