Was charged for Apple Match without authorization. Can't find someone to correct this situation.

I was billed $24.00 for Apple Match without authorization.

I never authorized that purchase, don't know what it is and don't want it.

Can't get anyone on the phone or email because I dont have an serial number.

If by tomorrow I cant get this this corrected, I will asked credit card company to charge back.

This bait&switch and lousy customer service is not Apple like.
