Q: Can I copy and paste an event in iCal?

Can I copy and paste an event in iCal? I cant find how to do that. I dont need a repeat but I do have clients that want to schedule another appointment and I need to be able to just copy with out having to re enter all the data AGAIN.

iMac (20-inch Mid 2007), OS X Yosemite (10.10.1)

    On IOS I don't think you can.

    Maximumchil,

     

    Click on event that you would like to copy/paste, then choose Calendar>Edit>Copy, next click on the new date and choose Calendar>Edit>Paste. Note that there are also keyboard shortcuts for the copy/paste actions.

    You are correct. My answer was based on the fact that the question was listed in iCal Forum without any indication that iOS was involved. I do not understand why the forum name has not been changed to "Calendar."
