Go to itunes on your PC Enable home sharing do this on all your Apple devices .
Then go to Music icon on Atv 4 - my music and it should play.

Music you sync from iTunes or purchase from the iTunes Store shows up in you library. I have an iMac running with iTunes 12.3.1.23 running. And home sharing is turned on.

That is noted in the link I sent this morning. if you are wanting to watch/listen to your personal media (movies,tv shows, music) then you will be using the computers app since the media is stored on your computer. If you are wanting to stream or purchase media you would use the corresponding iTunes app for the desired media.

Just checked on ipad settings music make sure iCloud music is set to on.
