Q: can't use Music

hit Music icon aand Music screen comes up but stuck. No where to go. No navigation. Just want to listen to my music or radio. Help!

I had this issue on both my iphone and ipad air2. I read another post that suggested turning the devices off and back on. That worked for me, at least for now.

Try force quitting the Music app from the multitasking view and run it again or restart the iPhone as puterperson suggests.
