Nov 5, 2015 8:28 AM in response to Dfletch10910by KiltedTim,You're not by any chance trying to use an "unlocked" iPhone on the Verizon network, are you? Do you get voice service when you're outside of the LTE coverage area?

Nov 5, 2015 12:39 PM in response to Dfletch10910by Dfletch10910,OH and I also did a factory reset rift before I received my new SIM card. Apple originally said it was a bad sim because my husband has an iPhone 6 as well and he doesn't have these issues at all. I can have our phones right beside each other's and his will work and mine won't.

Nov 5, 2015 12:42 PM in response to Dfletch10910by KiltedTim,The SIM would not affect 3G service on Verizon. Verizon is a CDMA carrier. The SIM isn't involved in anything other than LTE.

Nov 5, 2015 12:50 PM in response to Dfletch10910by KiltedTim,Basically, it's how they define how your account is set up in their systems. (note that provisioning has no actual connection to what a customer service rep will see in their system, it's what happens on the back end that actually ties your service to their towers). You don't really need to be too concerned about how it works, but you should call them back and ask them to re-provision your line. Escalate the call until you get someone who understands what that means.
