Nov 5, 2015 10:18 AM in response to howard85yewby King_Penguin,If you mean that you are getting a message that the purchase can't be completed and to contact iTunes Support then you will need to do so (we are fellow users, we won't know why you are getting the message) :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag
- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column
- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
