Nov 5, 2015 1:58 PM in response to mjmmcdby swandy,Ok - I assume that you have iTunes on your Windows 7 computer and that is where your music library is kept/organized? Have you turned on Apple Music AND iCloud Music Library in iTunes on the computer?
If yes, then on the iPhone 6 you have to do the same thing. Go to Settings/Music and turn on both Apple Music and iCloud Music Library. Then the My Music section on the iPhone in the Music app should populate with whatever music and playlists you have in iTunes - ASSUMING THEY ARE BOTH USING THE SAME APPLE ID.
Once the music/playlists are there on the iPhone, you can listen to whatever you wish - but you will need either a Wifi connection or use cellular data. If you don't want to do either, then you need to make some of the music "available offline". Tap the three dots next to the song name, album name or playlist name and tape "Make Available Offline". That will download those tracks to your iPhone.
