Try restarting both your iPhone and your watch. Turn both devices off first, then restart your iPhone before restarting your watch:
- To turn your watch off: press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider; drag it to turn off.
- To turn it back on: press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.

Nov 7, 2015 12:22 PM in response to Jonathan UKby xumom1994,It works but it is annoying that I have to power them both on and off every time I want to log a workout. That is what is happening right now and I never had that issue before. i guess it is an issue caused by one of the updates.

Nov 7, 2015 1:30 PM in response to xumom1994by Jonathan UK,As the issue is persisting, try also unpairing and re-pairing your watch and iPhone. The Watch app on your iPhone takes backups of your watch automatically, including a refresh when unpairing via the app. When setting it up again, choose to restore your watch from backup when offered the option. Most data and settings will be restored, with some exceptions (eg Apple Pay cards):
