Volume control

I was wondering if there was a way to alter to level of volume on different apps? Like when i'm in a call with a friend, and i want to listen to music too, they both have to be on the same volume, which is frustrating. I just wanted to know if there was a way, or an app, to be able to control each individual sound on my phone. Thank you
