Apple TV 4 Network So Slow?

In the same room I have the following all connected to the same router about the same distance:

2012 iMac Im typing on

iPhone 5s

Apple TV4

I know speediest apps aren't perfect but this is ridiculous:

Using OOKLA from the same destination server on all three devices I get the following average download speeds after about 5-8 tests each:

iMac ~75 Mbps

iPhone ~62 Mbps

ATV4 ~8 Mbps

8! I decided to test after noticing slow app downloads. I restarted. I disconnected the network and reconnected. What could this be?

Apple TV, tvOS

I Have the exact same problem. I have charter spectrum using the latest Apple extreme router and am getting close to 90-100 Mbps on my iPad air and iphone 6s in the same room as my new ATV4. Using the speedtest app on my ATV4, I am getting 6-15 Mbps. I also get occasional buffering when watching movies which should never happen with wifi this fast. My ATV3 and my ATV2 seem to work better.

I Am going to give it a day or two to see if things improve but if not I am going to try and exchange. Perhaps I got a bad unit, that is all I can think of.

ANybody else else run the speedtest app and notice this kind of result?

I'm having issue with both WiFi and direct connected. The connection is SUPER slow, and applications keep dropping connectivity. I get the spinning wheel A LOT with any apps that use network or internet and while the Apple TV is connected even other Apple devices on my network are affected. When I try to browse to my Mac Pro, I see the folders but when I attempt to open any files or folders I get an error message stating that "The resource is no longer available" or something to that affect. If I disconnect the Apple TV, a few minutes later the errors stop.
