Q: I connected my ipod for and updates and now hard reset isnt working

I was about to do an update and ho surprise my ipod get stuck in the black green with the cable and the logo like when you connect your ipod (not the white apple screen). I try to hard restart with the top and bottom button but it does nothing its just restart and go back to the frozen screen. When i try to reset the ipod wich is connected it dosnt work it say error 2003.... There always bug with apple product i wont buy apple product anymore the old mp3 was better and not complicated like this. Anyway please help me i dont know what to do.

    Apple doses not list an error 2003 but try this:

    Check your USB connections

    Errors: 13, 14, 1600, 1601, 1602, 1603, 1604, 1611, 1643-1650, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2005, 2006, 2009, 4005, 4013, 4014. You might also see a message that includes "invalid response."

    If the USB connection between your device and computer is interrupted, you might not be able to update or restore.

    To narrow down the issue, try different equipment:

    If you still see the error message, check for hardware issues.
