Apple TV changing store problem

I believe you need a US credit card. If you have a Jordanian card bound to your iTunes account then that is the reason.

You need a U.S. address and a credit card issue by the U.S. bank.

The terms and conditions you agree to when opening an account in any location is that you will not stream content from that store when you are not in the country it is associated with. Apple reserve the right to block you from doing so.
