I understand that you want to go back to using Aperture after migrating your library to Photos. I have an article for you with some information about this that may be helpful:
After you migrate your iPhoto or Aperture library to Photos, you might feel tempted to delete your original iPhoto or Aperture library. Because the migrated library takes little additional space, you don't need to delete the original library.
You can still use your original photo library with iPhoto 9.6.1 and Aperture 3.6 after you've migrated it to Photos. Any changes you make in iPhoto or Aperture after you migrate to Photos, like image edits or album changes, will be visible only in iPhoto or Aperture.
Photos saves disk space by sharing images with your iPhoto or Aperture libraries - Apple Support

Nov 9, 2015 6:49 AM in response to Koklerby LarryHN,★HelpfulAssuming that you are up to date with Aperture 3.6 just launch it and it will open your Aperture library as it was when you migrated - for any photos that have been added to photos since migrating you have to export them from Photos and then import into Aperture - and of course Aperture is a dead ens and will quit working someday in the future when an OS upgrade breaks it so keep that in mind as you move forward
