Apple Watch screen burn in issue?

I Have noticed when I am in glances or I am in Siri that I can still see the hands of the Apple Watch. I have looked it up online and can't find this problem anywhere. It is incredibly distracting when usin the watch. Does anyone else have this issue and if so what should I do? I tried software update and reset the waoccasions to no avail.

Hi

This is an intentional visual effect that is designed to echo the content of the underlying screen.

To disable it, on your iPhone in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > General > Accessibility - turn on / enable "Reduce Transparency".
