Shared albums are not visible in the photos.app on https://www.icloud.com/#photos

If you want to see the shared album in iCloud, publish the shared album as a web page and use the URL for the published webpage to see the album online.

Only people you invite and send the URL to will be able to access the public webpage.

See: iCloud Photo Sharing FAQ - Apple Support

If you enabled the Public Website option when you set up your shared album, your friends and family can view your photos and videos from any current web browser using a link that you provide.

To use iCloud Photo Sharing, you need an iCloud account (Apple ID), compatible devices, and up-to-date software:

  • iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using iOS 7 or later
  • Mac using OS X Mavericks v10.9 or later and either iPhoto 9.5 or Aperture 3.5
  • Apple TV with Apple TV software 6.0 or later
  • PC using Windows 7 or later and iCloud for Windows (or iCloud Control Panel 3.1 or later)
