can i transfer purchases to another apple ID in my Family Share group?

I have been purchasing everything my kids like (apps, music, videos) in my AppleID but now we have enabled FamilySharing. I'd like to move their music into their own Apple IDs, so that my library clears out and so that they can take them with them when they go off to college and stop FamilySharing with us.

How can I transfer old purchases to their AppleIDs?
