Turn shuffle OFF for music on AppleTV 4?

Got myself a new AppleTV 4 today and very happy to see that it's able to pick up my Apple Music subscription. However, I can't simply play an album - I select a song and it gets added to a random playlist with shuffle enabled. How do I turn this off? I spent ages trying to find out how to do this on iOS 9 on the phone, and now I'm faced with the same issue on the AppleTV. 😕😠😟
