The only way I can access this app is to go to the app store, and since it appears installed, I can click the "Open" button, enter my user/pass and it functions perfectly. Would be nice to actually have an icon on my iPhone screen...

The built in app can't be deleted.
Look in your other app folders and home screen.
Double check restrictions.
If all else fails settings - general - reset - reset home screen layout.

I did a reset. Still no icon...
Ok, you did 1 of the 4 suggestion...
I did the others too :-) No icon in any folders or home and restrictions are not enabled.
