iMac 27"— New Core i5 vs old Core i7

On the new iMac 27" (released October 2015) , would the 3.2 GHZ quad-core Intel Core i5 model with the up to 4.2 Turbo Boost be faster than my Late 2012 iMac that has a 3.4 GHZ Intel Core i7 with 3.9 boost?

If so ,how much faster?

And, how much faster is the i5 vs the i7 on the October 2015 iMac?

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5), 3.4 GHZ, Intel Core i7

There are many web sites with benchmark comparison tests. In this case Google would be your friend to find some bench marks..I seriously doubt you would find one comparing a 2012 to a 2015, however you could probably find 2012 to 2013 comparisons and then 2013 to 2015 . This should give you a good idea.
