Well, to get iTunes, you need to go to http://www.apple.com/itunes/download which takes you to the iTunes download page. From there, the browser should identify the OS you are using and provide a download button. Click and follow the instructions.
HP Stream notebooks have very limited storage (32GB SSD). Unless you have a very, very small iTunes library you'll need to either add a micro SD card or use an external hard drive. If you choose the micro SD card you'll need to change the location of Windows' Music folder from C: to D:.
