Q: Help in syncing formatted PC with iPhone

It looks like you've formatted your PC and you want to transfer content from your iPhone.
There are several different steps that might be necessary in this case.
Is your iTunes library backed up on an external hard drive? The best thing to do first (if possible) is to install iTunes and restore your backed up library. This will let you continue syncing your iPhone with that library. For in depth help with this, see How to move your iTunes library to a new computer.
Otherwise, you can try to Redownload or transfer your iTunes Store purchases from an iPhone, iPad or iPod to a computer.
If you have content on your iPhone that isn't from the iTunes Store, you can also try the steps mentioned by Communities member turingtest2 in Unable to add music from iPhone onto itunes.
