Q: iTunes Store Page loads then lower section of page goes black

Since the last iTunes update the iTunes Store loads normally then the main section of the page, below the banners, turns to black. The banners are there and display perfectly. I have tried reloading an earlier version of iTunes, resetting cache and also ensuring that I have no parental settings activated but all to no avail.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

If the iTunes Store isn't loading completely, clearing the cache, checking parental settings and reinstalling iTunes are good steps.

Next, try the advice in the "On your Mac or PC" section of If you can’t connect to the iTunes Store.

You have a high-resolution monitor, correct? Workarounds for this iTunes 12.3.1 bug include reducing display resolution to 1920 x 1080 or less, reducing the size of the iTunes window, or downgrading to iTunes 12.3.0. See also iTunes 12.3.1.23 breaks iTunes store.
