I got a new I phone 6 plus today and everything was working fine then all of a sudden I lost all signal so I put my sim in my old phone and it was working fine so I know it's not the SIM card but my new phone won't read any SIM card that I try ??

i have a iPhone 6 Plus.

it broke so I took it to apple and they replaced it and everything was fine but when i woke it I had no service so i restarted my phone nothing changed then i reset my phone but still nothing changed so I put my SIM card in my old iPhone and it worked fine so I know it's not the sim card dose anyone have any suggestions

I understand that you wee seeing No Service on your new iPhone and know how frustrating how situations like this can be. You have done a good job troubleshooting so far, but it seems like the issue continues.


To continue the troubleshooting process, I suggest reading over and working through the following article to ensure that all relevant steps have been completed.


If you can't connect to a cellular network or cellular data - Apple Support
