Q: Is this an Apple Pay issue or my bank?
I've been having issues for the last couple of day with APay. I have to put the phones (i6S and 6) and my Apple Watch a couple of times on the terminal before the transaction goes through and my item is marked as paid. In the failed attempts, the terminal says my transaction was declined and then after several tries it goes through. The more I keep trying, the more I need to try to get a successful transaction. Is it something wrong with the phone or my bank? Also, I'm under 18 and I have BofA under my name.

Hi
If the payment terminal reported that your payments were declined, call your bank to ask what they recorded in respect of those unsuccessful attempts. They should be able to advise, for example, whether:
- All of your payment attempts resulted in them receiving authorisation requests;
- How their system responded to each of them;
- If any were declined by your bank, the reason why.
You can also report failed transactions to Apple. The form enables you to report issues with specific merchants, transactions and cards, so can be helpful in enabling Apple to investigate:

If the terminal instead advised that no card was available, check that you are presenting your devices to the payment terminal correctly:
