Unable to charge iPod shuffle (1st generation) in Windows 10

Hi,

I am using iPod shuffle(1st generation).When I am trying to charge it with my Windows 10 machine,it is unable to charge.

All the USB's are working fine in my machine.I have installed and later re-installed i tunes software and it was up to date.

I tried in my friend's machine(windows 10) and there it was charging fine.

When I was connecting my ipod,I am able to see all the contents in the ipod.

My machine consists of usb 2.0 * 2 and one usb 3.0.

Can any one please suggest ?
