Q: iphone 4s speaker out problems

the alarm and ringing tone sounds alright but if i try to play a song or video from my music and my videos respectively the sounds does not work. i only see it loading and when i try to increase the volume, it only show the bell without the volume bar. the only way i can listen to music is when i use my earpieces.

this is driving me craaaaaazy.... how do i fit dat?
