how come my 3d touch wont work? i have it turned on already but when i touch it nothing happens?

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.0.2

Hi kellyk519,

If you are having an issue with 3D Touch not reacting as you expect on your iPhone, you may need to adjust its sensitivity. The information in this article will help you do that - Change 3D Touch sensitivity on your iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus.
