I need screen shot of a receipt in purchase history. All I have is recent history in iTunes. The game purchase in guest ion wants screen shot not a copy and paste....UGH

I have an iPad 2. Made a purchase in an pocket gems game but didn't receive item. But received receipt by email where paid. Made report now they want a screen shot of receipt from iTunes not copy and paste. But when I open iTunes all I see is recent history. How do I see purchase history not recent. I an iPad no computer. I don't know anything about computers. The iPad 2 has been updated in iOS 9.1
