I am very angry I forget password and security in apple id but didn't link rest by email please help me my iphon is disable

Not entirely sure what you mean by 'didnt link rest by email' ? Do you mean you aren't getting the reset email ? Don't have a rescue email address on your account ?
You can reset your password via http://iforgot.apple.com - if you have a rescue email address on your account the reset email will go to that email account, not to the primary email account
To then reset your security questions : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support
If you have also disabled your phone : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
