Q: Your computer restarted because a problem

I have had this problem for almost a month now. About every other day my MacBook freezes up and I get a black screen with "Your Computer Restarted Because of a Problem." I tired to trouble shoot it myself (I am not a Mac expert yet), so I just did Disc Utility and that didn't work.

I really need some help trying to fix this problem, what is a good fix for this problem? Also I still have a little under of 2 years left on my Apple Care+, so would it just be better to take it into the Genius Bar?
