You cannot make changes to a website, you can only zoom in on the print. That can be done by using a finger to double-tap on the screen or to pinch-zoom. You did mention zoom, but you made it sound as if that was only one option. You mention submitting, were you actually referring to enlarging the questionnaire to print and then work with, or to fill them out on the iPad and then electronically submit?

Guess we need to clarify that.

If you go into Settings>General>Accessibility, there is a zoom setting. You can also find a slider to enlarge text, but that only applies to dynamic text, and you would have to test the website for that one. Dragging with multiple fingers can also control the zoom percentage. You might want to take a look at the iPad User Guide for additional information about Accessibility on the iPad. http://help.apple.com/ipad/9/

There is also a support section for Accessibility features: http://www.apple.com/support/accessibility/

I think he would prefer enlarging to print it out to work on. He needs to get dates, names, medical info etc. Not sure what all he needs. If he could print it out, assemble the info, then he could fill it out and mail it in. It's a Kaiser Permanente form so I have not seen it. I told him if he could log on, copy the form and either embed in email or attach, email to me, I could enlarge and email it back. He struggles with that also.
