The upload of my photo book has been successful and the amount was taken from my usual credit cards, but after a couple of hours from the order I have not received the email confirmation.
I had access to my order through my account, but I received this response at the moment:
"We're sorry, but our Order Status services are extremely busy right now. Please try again later."
