I purchased a refurbished iPad 4 and there is no simm card installed . . Where do I purchase one and which one is best to buy?

If there is one, it will be on the right side. I don't have any recommendations for carriers.
As I read it, not all cellular models support all carriers. If I recall correctly the "MM" model is for Verizon and Sprint.
