hi,
i just bought the Eizo CG248 monitor working with my Mac Pro (late 2013, D700), i have tried different Mini DP to DP cable (all v1.2 cables), there's no 3840x2160 available to choose, and the max resolution available is 3008x1692 only at 24 Hz. the OS version is EI Capitan 10.11.1, Displayport 1.2 is turned on on the monitor.
any one help or has the the same issue?

Try using an app like:
SwitchResX – The Most Versatile Tool For Controlling Screen Resolutions On Your Mac
Display Menu from Mac App Store
That is the only way to get full3840x2169 on my Dell 4J with nMP w/D300's
Eizo CG248, Mac Pro D700, only 3008x1692 @ 24Hz available
