can the Ken Burns effect be slowed down
I am making an IMovie using photos. I would like to slow down the Ken Burns effect. Is this possible?

You are probably referring to the Ken Burns effect which is applied by default to all stills in a project. Yes, to adjust it you select the crop function then Ken Burns. The view at the start of the clip is framed in green and the view at the end in red. The longer in duration the clip the slower the transition will be.
