where do i go to login to my imessages on a chromebook

I'm on my chrome book and I want to get onto my iMessages without being on a mac. Is there anyway I can get to the iMessage login and text people off my chrome book possibly? I want to text people, but I'm not able to because my mom put a time that I can't text people after. So if there is a way can someone tell me??
