Cannot sign in to netflix on apple tv 4

I got the new Apple TV and when I try to sign in to Netflix I get the error (code 113). Not sure what is the issue. Any resolutions?

Check all your location settings are correct, restart the Apple TV, restart the network router, delete and re-install the netflix app.

Check for an update for the Apple TV itself. And also make sure your password is correct. That's why I wasn't able to sign in

try and update the device and make sure the password is correct before trying these complicated long tasks
