Please don't post in all caps.

The Apple TV is a streaming device and not meant to store media content such as video, music, photos etc. If you setup iCloud on your pc and sync your photos to iCloud they'll be available on the Apple TV. There may be other ways to do this depending on what apps are released or have been released. If there is a Flickr app you could use that service to put your photos on the Apple TV.

Photos are only temporarily stored if used for the screensaver. Otherwise you would be accessing iCloud to use photostream or home sharing to see photos via iTunes on the local network. The internal storage is mainly for apps

You can't access photos from your drive directly, they would need to be pointed to iTunes and streamed using home sharing

As I said above. You Can't access directly, you would need to point the drive to iTunes and use home sharing. If it supports AirPlay you may be able to do that as well

It is clearly laid out as to what one can do, and never did I imply you can't use the drive. Please refrain from writing in all caps, your question has been answered and now is straying from a technical discussion
