Disk can't be partitioned BOOTCAMP WIN 7

Hi guys,

I'm trying to install Win 7 through Boot Camp in my late 2013 Retina 13-inch Macbook Pro. After trying to partition my drive i get the following message:

"Your disk could not be partitioned"

I read some posts in the Support forums and I ran Disk Utility and used First Aid on my drive. It recognised the error "Incorrect number of file hard links" and supposedly fixed it. Still the disk couldn't be partitioned. I tried another method using Command-S while booting and typed "/sbin/fsck -fy"... it gave me a succesful repair message and I tried Boot Camp again with the same results.

Any ideas?

Do you have any partitions on the disk other than OS X (EFI and Recovery HD are normally hidden)? Check diskutil list in OS X Terminal.

Boot into Internet Recovery, and from Utilities -> Terminal run

1. diskutil verifyVolume diskN (N should point to

#: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER

Please disconnect all external storage except the USB flash drive intended for the Windows USB Installer and run BC Assistant. If you see any errors, please check Applications -> Utilities -> Console logs for any disk related error messages.

I don't know. I have only my USB with the Windows Installer (it's 16 GB).

As a test, can you run Disk Utility and create a small 16GB partition on your disk? If it works, post the output of diskutil list.

This is not good. Please run Using Apple Hardware Test - Apple Support . If you run it and it does not find any issues, do you have AppleCare? You may need to visit the nearest Apple Store for them to diagnose further. I suspect that your PCIe flash needs to be replaced.
