Please help. I have a brand new 6S plus and it just vibrates. I get no notification sounds. It was updated to iOS 9.1. I have made no system adjustments. What do I do to fix this??

Thanks for the reply. I had already done those things. After a lengthy 2 hour phone call with tech support it was deemed that the new phone was defective. A system wipe was done along with a few other things and nothing worked.
