Q: Outlook 2007/2010/2016

I have problem sending mail using outlook 2007/2010/2016. Every time i try to send mail a pop appears asking for my username and pwd. Even after entering the username and password it re-appears and my mail is not send. My outlook and PC is working fine as i have tried to send mail using two different PC's and the problem still remains the same.

    Hello prinsu,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!

I understand that you are having an issue sending mail with Outlook on your PC. To troubleshoot this situation, I suggest reading over and working through the steps in the following article.

If you can't send or receive mail

If you can't send or receive messages with your iCloud email address, follow these steps:

    1. Make sure you can send and receive email from iCloud.com and your iOS device.
    2. Close Outlook.
    3. Sign out of iCloud for Windows, and then sign back in.
    4. Restart Outlook.

If you still can't send or receive mail, you can get more help with Outlook or contact us

Get help using Outlook with iCloud for Windows - Apple Support

Also please be aware that you will need to use iCloud.com to assess iCloud Mail, Contacts and Calendars if you use Outlook 2016.

iCloud for Windows currently supports Outlook 2007 through Outlook 2013. If you use Outlook 2016, you can access iCloud Mail, Contacts, and Calendars on iCloud.com.

    Cheers!
