Wireless Logitech USB keyboard gives wrong key output

I'm on a Macbook Pro Fall 2010 model running OS Yosemite version 10.10.5.

The keyboard is a Logitech K260 wireless USB keyboard. The issue is that the apostrophe key and the "less than" key (<) seem to have switched places. This was not the case earlier, and I suspect that the problem appeared after a complete HD wipe and reinstall of OS X. When I first started using the keyboard after the reinstall it prompted me to identify the key next to the leftmost shift key. I'm pretty sure I didn't press any other keys before pressing this key.

I am using Norwegian as the input scheme, if that makes any difference.

If your wireless or USB keyboard doesn't work

Bluetooth Interference Sources

Bluetooth Interference Sources (2)

If your Wi-Fi is capable of generating a 5 GHz signal, try that.

Restart the computer holding down the command - option/alt - P - R keys before the gray screen appears. Continue to hold until you hear the startup chime for the second time.

Reset NVRAM/PRAM
