Nov 14, 2015 7:21 AM in response to hugovanderleiby Isegrimm24,I have the same problem:
- No sources show up under Sources in the Health app, even the iPhone itself (6S) doesn't show.
- No data is recorded in Health app, ie Steps and Distance show no data
- If I remove a data panel from the dashboard, it's put back the next time I run the app
- If I manuallt enter data (ie walking 20 steps) and then go to Show all data under Steps, it shows no data
- 3rd party aps are unable to connect to Health.
Somehow it seems the Health app contains corrupt data and needs to be reset or reinstalled, but there isn't such option in iOS.
Already tried hard reset and backup/restore, to no effect.
Anyone know what to do to make Health working again?

Dec 12, 2015 6:56 AM in response to hugovanderleiby bdgm33,I have the exact same issue with my iPhone 6s Plus. Just got the Apple Watch Sport and would love to get the full functionality of these devices. Noticed the latest iOS update included a fix for this issue, but it didn't resolve anything which is frustrating. Hopefully Apple will correct this soon . Seems to be a known issue on the latest iPhone model.

Dec 12, 2015 12:14 PM in response to hugovanderleiby hugovanderlei,I Saw in another topic like this the solution, it did work for me!
I was having the same issue for several weeks. I ran every version of iOS from 9.0 to the 9.2 beta. Talking with technical support seemed to be no help. Aside from the fact that they finally mentioned its some kind of software issue.
The solution that someone posted that seems to work is restoring your iphone as new and doing a backup, because its the backup that is corrupted.
I think I have a solution that seems to work for me that didn't involve losing all of my other data/information.
health data is automatically backed up if you use icloud or encrypted itunes backup, but if you do an itunes unencrypted backup the health data and settings are ignored.
So here are the steps I followed:
* Complete an unencrypted itunes backup
* turn off find my iphone
* under backups select "restore backup" ... not the "restore iphone" setting
* restore from your latest unencrypted backup
* turn off and on the setting to use the iphone as a health info source
After this I was able to see my health data. unfortunately it looks like I lost all my old step info but at least it seems to be working now. Also as a side note I just setup my apple watch as a new device as a precaution.

Jan 14, 2016 8:51 AM in response to hugovanderleiby geekraver,Good suggestion. I have been having this problem ever since I got my iPhone 6S+ and did the initial iCloud restore from my old iPhone 5. Some apps like MapMyRide won't let me toggle the integration on; they just switch it back off. Other apps like LoseIt! will let you enable integration but it doesn't work and does not show in connected apps. I agree it seems like data corruption; I can't even make manual entries of data in the Health App itself; after entering something and hitting Save it shows as No Data. Ridiculous that Apple has not fixed this as it has been going on for months now.
I have tried all other suggestions so far including reset/restore from backup to no avail. Currently in the midst of a restore right now which hasn't fixed this; once that is done I will try your approach.

Jan 24, 2016 9:04 PM in response to profbgby geekraver,Well, I can confirm that the unencrypted backup/restore to iTunes process works as well.
