Dear all I have a white screen after downloading the eEl Capitan software on my iMac

i downloaded the El Capitan and my PC gone. I am in trouble because I am abroad and my project heavily affected. I tried different ways getting advises from experience people but nothing. Somebody can help me?

Dear Eric,

This happen during initialisation. White screen. I tried all possible ways. Even on a safe mode. I got stuck. I don't know what to do. Presently I am in Vietnam. I called for support but they are not talking English most of them.
