The 4.0.1 update for FinalCutExpress4, where and how

Hello there.

Can anyone help me to find the update 4.0.1 for FinalCutExpress4. I had to reinstall this program and do not find the update I need to be able to import AVCHD files.

I also read that there are problems installing this update, so please inform me if you can.
