If we Do NOT have to register a device then .... HOW can
we 'link' a machine to it's owner?
I mean, if we have NOT registered it then, there is No Way
that we can even prove that we Own the device, is there?
(not going to stop people stealing these things, is it?)
A very insecure way of doing things for a device that is So expensive?
