How can I share files for the second user on my computer

I'm using 10.9.5 Mavericks and iTunes 11.4.

My iMac is set up with two users. I am the primary user.

I need to set up the second user so that another computer on the same network can see his iTunes library. We're trying to configure two computers to use the same library so he can add/delete/change his library from either computer. For obvious reasons, the library cannot reside on both computers.

I have found a method for the second computer to see and use only one library, but I can't seem to "share" the second user's files. When I go to his side and enter the Sharing dialog box, it only shows the primary user's settings. When I enter the Sharing dialog box from my side, the secondary user's files cannot be accessed or seen. I hope all of that is clear.

Thanks in advance for your help.

PS: Pay no attention to the computer specs supplied by Apple. I'm on a new computer that hasn't shown
