Q: Is it possible to restore my iPhone 5 (iOS 9.1) backup to an iPhone 4 (iOS 7.1.2)? I've backed up my iPhone 5 and when I try to restore the iPhone 4 to that backup, iTunes doesn't show that backup in the dropdown menu when I click "Restore backup."

No. If desired, use the iPhone Backup Extractor to open it and then put its contents onto the iPhone 4 manually.
