Q: Iphone 5s blue screen and won't turn back on.

Was just casually using my phone when the screen went blue and now it's in an endless cycle of flashing blue and showing the apple logo. Tried hard resetting it and nothing happens, managed to get it up in my iTunes after numerous attempts yet when I try to restore and update it, it just says "iPhone could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (2003)". What can I do to fix this. Only had the phone about a month. Currently on iOS8, not sure exactly which update but it's the one the phone came on.

iPhone 5s, iOS 8

Do you have the latest iTunes version installed on your computer?

If yes, this could point to a USB connection problem, try these suggestions:

    Check your USB connections

    Errors: 13, 14, 1600, 1601, 1602, 1603, 1604, 1611, 1643-1650, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2005, 2006, 2009, 4005, 4013, 4014. You might also see a message that includes "invalid response."

If the USB connection between your device and computer is interrupted, you might not be able to update or restore.

To narrow down the issue, try different equipment:

If you still see the error message, check for hardware issues.
